On Tuesday 15th June 2017 Stourport bowling green club played host to Bowls England v Wales game.

Bowls England representative team led by President Viv Tomlinson, and Wales representative team led by

President John Hague contested the Woodworm Cup.

Match day weather remained very kind to the players with sunshine in abundance.
